Important upgrade for the website: Pano2VR. Powerful software to manage panoramic images and 360 ° videos. This application allows me to improve the quality of the photographic shots and to speed up the workflow that is the basis of the publications on comelicotrekking.com and Google Street View.

In particular, for each shot I now have the possibility to:

  • Completely remove the camera tripod on the ground.
  • Level photos taken on difficult terrain.
  • Apply the logo quickly and accurately.
  • Assign or change satellite coordinates.
  • Set North.

All functionalities integrated in a single program, which works on a computer. In addition to managing single photos, from now on I will be able to link them together to generate a navigable and interactive Virtual Tour in which, through some clickable points, you can:

  • Moving from one place to another.
  • Read about some details.
  • Attach descriptive documents.
  • Attach videos.
  • Attach html code.

In addition to the numerous interactive features, the finished product is published in a tessellated way and on multiple zoom levels, to have a quick loading of the contents and considerably reduce the waiting times of the tours published on the web.

The control interface I have adapted, allows you to view the panoramas comfortably even on mobile devices, which have a significantly smaller screen than classic computers. The Skin editor of each photo allows you to activate:

  • The Zoom + and – buttons.
  • The keys to go to the next panorama and return to the previous one.
  • The change of the Italian \ English language
  • Activation of the gyroscope for movement, if present.
  • The index menu of all the photos in the Tour.
  • The button to change projection and therefore also the “Little Planet” view
  • The pop-up view of a minimap.
  • Switching to VR if using a compatible device.

already present in the Points of Interest category, comelicotrekking.com will bring the viewer closer to our territory, providing him with a taste of what he will actually taste by visiting us.
